KaryaYogi AI is the assistant built into KaryaYogi. Type or speak a question — “How many EL do I have?”, “Best long weekend this quarter?”, “Explain my salary”, “Summarise my week” — and it answers from the leave balances, holidays, tasks and pay settings already in your app.

Each morning it can also write a short brief for the Today glance on Home: a line on your leave, a line on what to focus on and, only if you allow it, a line on your steps.

Pay, GPF, PPF, NPS and retirement figures are worked out by KaryaYogi’s own calculators from the settings you entered. When you ask KaryaYogi AI to explain them, it receives those results and explains them in plain language. It does not calculate your pay itself.

When KaryaYogi AI explains your pay, GPF, PPF, NPS, retirement or month-report figures, the app compares the numbers in the explanation with the figures it sent, and holds back any explanation that adds a number of its own, showing a neutral message instead. KaryaYogi AI’s answers are guidance for your own planning, not official advice — sanction, eligibility and records still go through your office and the authorised systems.

Everything else in KaryaYogi still works on your phone. KaryaYogi AI is different: it only runs when you use it, and to answer it sends your question — or your voice recording — together with the parts of your KaryaYogi data the answer needs, such as leave balances, holidays, tasks and pay settings, to KaryaYogi’s server. Our server passes the request to a third-party AI service that processes it on KaryaYogi’s behalf to produce the answer.

Health data leaves your phone only as a summary of your steps (today’s steps, your 7-day average and your goal), and only after you agree to it in the KaryaYogi AI consent sheet. You can switch it off in KaryaYogi AI settings. Voice recordings are turned into text and then discarded. KaryaYogi does not store your questions or answers and does not use them to train AI models; apart from any reports you choose to send, we keep only a daily usage count and a minimal technical log (your account, which feature, whether it worked, and how long it took).
