KaryaYogi is unofficial
KaryaYogi is an independent, privately built app and website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of the Government of India, the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), the Department of Expenditure (DoE), or any ministry, department or office. Nothing on this site or in the app is an official government publication.
The app is a planning aid. It does not replace eOffice, HRMS, SPARROW, official pay bills, office orders or any authorised system of record, and it cannot sanction, approve or certify anything.
Where the government information comes from
The government-related content in KaryaYogi — 7th CPC pay matrix levels, dearness allowance rates, leave rules, LTC entitlements, APAR timelines, holiday lists, GPF/NPS references and similar material — comes exclusively from notifications, office memoranda and rules published on the following official Government of India websites. This is the complete list; there are no other sources:
dopt.gov.in — Department of Personnel & Training. The nodal department for central civil services: CCS (Leave) Rules, APAR guidelines, LTC rules and service-condition office memoranda, including its circulars repository documents.doptcirculars.nic.in.
doe.gov.in — Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance. Pay matrix and pay-fixation orders, dearness allowance revisions, travelling allowance and other allowance circulars.
dea.gov.in — Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance. General Provident Fund (GPF) interest-rate resolutions and budget-division notifications.
pensionersportal.gov.in — Pensioners’ Portal, Government of India. Retirement benefits: gratuity, commutation, leave encashment and pension procedure.
incometax.gov.in — Income Tax Department. Tax-regime rules and return-filing guidance referenced by the pay and tax tools.
cghs.mohfw.gov.in — Central Government Health Scheme, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. CGHS coverage and contribution reference.
gem.gov.in — Government e-Marketplace. GFR procurement thresholds and purchase-mode reference.
pmindia.gov.in — Prime Minister’s Office. Cabinet announcements of dearness allowance and dearness relief instalments.
incredibleindia.gov.in — Ministry of Tourism, Incredible India. Destination information used by the LTC trip planner.
indiacode.nic.in — India Code. The official online repository of central Acts and subordinate legislation.
Where a tool relies on a specific rule, office memorandum or circular, the app cites that source inside the tool as well.
Always verify before you act
Rules, rates and dates change through fresh notifications and can differ by office, cadre and location. Some content in the app is a simplified summary written for quick reference — it is guidance, not the rule itself.
Before applying for leave or LTC, claiming an allowance, or making any service, financial or legal decision, verify against the current official notification on the websites above or with your own administrative section. Official notifications and office orders always prevail over anything KaryaYogi shows.
Report outdated or incorrect information
If you find a rate, rule or date in KaryaYogi that a newer official notification has superseded, write to support@karyayogi.in with a link to the notification. Corrections ship in the next app and site update.
