Simple explanation
Document Scanner turns your phone into a pocket scanner. Point at a document and it auto-detects the edges; you can drag an adjustable crop border, rotate, and pick A4 or another page size before saving. Choose a finish — Colour, Grey, improved Black & White (the default for crisp text), or Colour-optimised — and the page preview updates live as you switch, so you see the result before you save. Pull the text out of any scan with on-device OCR (English and Hindi/Devanagari) and copy or share it. Keep scans at the root or drag them into folders, and browse in small, medium, large or list view. Multi-select several documents and merge them into a single PDF in the exact order you tap them. Save each scan as an image or a PDF. Share the file or the extracted text by email or WhatsApp — save a recipient name and number once to open their chat in a tap. Your scans and their text stay 100% on your device — nothing is uploaded to any cloud or server.
Open the tool, add the basic details, and the app shows the next useful step. It does not replace your office order. It helps you prepare before you talk to your office, accounts section or reporting officer.
